These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from MotionBar through our online store. They are intended to explain the main rules that apply when you place an order with us. Your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Products and product information
We aim to describe our products accurately. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screens, production batches, supplier updates or other reasonable factors. Measurements and delivery estimates are approximate unless stated otherwise.
Some MotionBar products are produced or fulfilled by third-party fulfilment partners. This does not affect your rights against MotionBar as the seller.
Prices and taxes
Prices shown to customers in the Netherlands include applicable VAT where required. Any delivery charges are shown before you complete checkout. For international orders, additional import duties or local charges may apply where these are not collected at checkout.
Orders and payment
An order is submitted when you complete checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine pricing error, suspected fraud, an unavailable product, an invalid delivery address or another reasonable operational or legal reason. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by country, device and payment provider.
Delivery
Processing and delivery information is set out on our Shipping page. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates unless applicable law provides otherwise. Your statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.
Returns and right of withdrawal
Consumers covered by EU distance-selling rules generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to lawful exceptions. Full details, including how to notify us and return an item, are available in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Faulty or non-conforming products
Your statutory rights apply if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the agreement. More information is available on our Warranty & Complaints page.
Digital products
Some products are supplied digitally. Where applicable, access or download information is provided after purchase. Any statutory rules concerning withdrawal from digital content apply in addition to these terms.
Gift cards and promotions
Gift cards, discount codes and promotions may have additional conditions shown with the relevant offer. They cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Website use and intellectual property
MotionBar names, logos, original graphics, written content and other brand materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may use the website for personal shopping and information purposes, but may not copy or commercially exploit protected content without permission where the law does not otherwise allow it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

If you have a complaint about an order, product or service, contact motionbarthebrand@outlook.com. Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our store, services or legal obligations change. The version that applies to your order is the version in effect when you place the order, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable Dutch law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections they may have under the law of their country of residence.
